Oscar Molina is Associate Professor at Autonomous University of Barcelona. He holds a degree in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute, Florence, Italy. In 2005-07 he was IRCHSS Research Fellow at the Industrial Relations and Human Resources Group, University College Dublin and then junior ICREA researcher in the Centre d’Estudis Sociològics sobre la Vida Quotidiana I el Treball (QUIT), UAB. His research interests include comparative industrial relations, comparative political economy, labour market and migration, corporatism and varieties of capitalism.
Alejandro Godino is research fellow in the Centre d'Estudis Sociologics sobre la Vida Quotidiana I el Treball (QUIT), UAB. He has been involved as researcher in several European projects focused on labour market and industrial relations. His PhD deals with the analysis of job quality on outsourced services.
